What are payment plans?
Eventcube's payment plan offers you flexibility by letting you to reserve ticket orders with an initial deposit, then manage the remaining balance over time.
Instead of paying the full amount at once, you can spread payments across scheduled payment dates.
How do payment plans work?
- You reserve high-value tickets or orders by paying a small amount up front and completing the balance over time.
- Your payment method is securely kept on file and automatically charged on the scheduled dates.
- If a payment fails, the payment method will be retried. Continued failure to pay may result in non-refundable cancellation.
- If notified of a failed payment, you can log in to the Support Hub and update your payment method.
- Tickets/order items are released after all payments are complete.
Are payment plan installments auto-charged?
Yes, your payment method is kept on file and charged automatically on the agreed payment dates.
If your payment method declines, you will be notified and asked to log in to the Support Hub to update your payment details. Failure to update payment details may result to a non-refundable order or ticket cancellation.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you miss a payment, the amount is carried over to the next payment date. If multiple payments are missed, the total outstanding balance may be collected in the next scheduled charge.
If you fail to settle your balance by the final payment date, the organizer may cancel your ticket/order and refuse to refund the deposit or any previously paid amounts.
How do I update my payment method?
- Log in to the Support Hub using your order reference number (starts with TS-) and email.
- Navigate to your Payments or Deposit Tickets page.
- Click the "Update payment method" link in the lower right corner of the page.
- Delete the existing payment method and add a new one.
When will I get my ticket?
Your ticket/s (or order items) will be released once all payments are complete. Until then, your order will be on hold, and you won't be able to download a QR code for entry.
Quick tips:
- Set a calendar alert for your payment due dates.
- If you have questions about payments, cancellations, or extensions, contact the event organizer directly.
